Can I use my account from the old website?
No. The new website has new accounts. Create a new one – ideally with the same e-mail you used for earlier entries, so you can add runners from previous years in Quick add with one click.
I did not receive the verification e-mail.
Check your spam folder. The link is valid for 24 hours. If you try to sign in with an unverified account, the website offers to resend it.
I am entering several people (family, club).
One account is enough. Add any number of runners to one entry; fees are summed and paid in one payment with one variable symbol. For a club, rename the entry to the club name first.
When is my entry valid?
Only after the entry fee has been paid. Only then do the runners appear in the list of registered runners.
Can I change my entry?
Yes, until the online entry deadline you can edit details and add or remove runners.
I sign in with Google – do I need a password?
No. If you want to set a password as well, use “Forgot password?”.
