4 300 m · 200 m climb
Forest roads and paths, 400 m of asphalt. 200 m of climb. Marked with streamers. One course for all categories.
Registration
Online registration · on site until 9:45
On race day you can register on site until 9:45. An online entry is valid only after the payment is received.

Entry fees are refunded if you withdraw by the online registration deadline (2 December 2026). After that date fees are not refunded.
Winners of the main men's and women's categories and members of the MCVV veterans club enter free if they register online in time.

Start interval 15 s from 10:15. Interval start in pairs, no separate kids' start.

Participation is at your own risk. The race is not suitable for children under 6. Only those who complete the whole course without help from another person are listed in the results. Sales and stalls only with the organizer's consent.
